Over 20 years experience in the following areas: Review of change orders against contract drawings and specifications; Preparation of cost estimates for various trades and negotiate to a fair and reasonable settlement; Provide computerized spreadsheets; Tracking of the status of dollars and acceptance by the client. Estimating of Civil, Architectural and M.E.P for schools, hospitals, and other Government facilities from conceptual estimates through final. Receiving and analyzing subcontractor quotes for bidding of new projects and renovation of existing facilities; Writing letters of intent and Sub-contract agreements. Estimating of various projects, preparation of change orders and claims; productivity reports; scheduling; payment review and requests; change order and claim negotiation of a total of $3.5 million with a 98% successful settlement rate. Also ensured Government compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Estimating and scheduling of new Government projects; Renovation of existing Government facilities and change orders.
