Experience
Over 45 years of professional experience as a Project / Contract Administrator, Field Over 45 years of professional experience as a Project / Contract Administrator, Field Engineer, QA/QC Manager, Project, Cost Engineer, Planner and Scheduler. Project types have included, Nuclear / Petro-Chemical, Hydro-Electric, Mass Transit, Commercial and Institutional building projects. Architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural estimating / scheduling experience in new construction and major Governmental / Private sector renovation type projects of up to $500 million construction budgets. Service types have included such trades as: Civil: reservoirs, roadways, earth dams, foundations, and liner construction. Concrete: precast, cast-in-place, slipformed, sanitary sewer up to 60”, storm sewer up to 72”, related manholes and detention basins. Tunnels: 15 years of experience with the Washington Area Transit Authority (WAMATA) subway system. Steel: structural steel fabrication and erection for buildings and bridges. Architectural: various building types from low to high rise office, commercial, institutional comma, and manufacturing. Mechanical an Electrical: HVAC installations, elevator installations, crane installations in automotive, nuclear, petrochemical, hydroelectric, and coal fired plants. Power lines up to 5K, Transformers 600 Volt, main switchboard, main feeders to distribution panel, large Motors, and diesel generator installations. As Senior Estimator of GNR Estimating Services, LLC primary responsibilities consist of management and supervision of lower level estimators, and overall supervision of all estimating projects.
